Candy Cane Punch (Easy!!)

A little punch just makes everything more festive.  This punch is kid-friendly...but hey, if you're a grown-up and want to spice things up a bit, add in whatever makes you happy :).  Easy, festive and doesn't get better than that.

Shopping List
1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream
2 liter bottle of Ginger Ale
Corn Syrup for the rims
Candy Canes and/or sugar sprinkles to garnish

Pour a few tablespoons of corn syrup on one plate and pour your sugar sprinkles on another plate.  Dip the rims of your glasses first in the corn syrup and then directly into the sprinkles.  After rims are sugared, add one scoop of ice cream into each glass.  Pour Ginger Ale over the ice cream and then garnish with your candy cane.

Super simple and festive.  Merry!  Merry!
