This is a busy week for us Shulls! We have the basics...school, dance, tee ball and such...but then we also have some fun stuff...it's Andrew's birthday week and we're getting ready for our vacation (oh yeah...and packing and preparing to move...and adopting a baby...). Sigh. Mama does not have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen this week. All of our dinner choices need to be simple, fast and yummy. Here we go...
Lemon Poppy Seed Baked Chicken is just a plate full of goodness. I serve mine with spinach and sliced strawberries but you can serve yours any way you like. It's yummy!
Spinach and Roasted Tomato Carbonara is one of our favorites! It sounds fancy but it's really simple!
Honey Mustard and Lime Chicken Tostadas are easy because the slow cooker does almost all of the work! Perfect for busy weeknights!
Sausage and Potato Frittata is a breakfast recipe that we also enjoy for dinner. You can pair this with a green salad or go all out and make pancakes instead! Yum!
Cheesy Ravioli Bake is super fast and a family favorite! Love this recipe!
Carrot and Zucchini Bundt Cake is our bundt cake of the week! I made mini sized bundts but the recipe includes how to prepare this in a traditional bundt pan as well. These cakes are so yummy and also makes a fabulous breakfast bread! Seriously...so good! (And bonus, since it has two veggies in it, you can totally use girl math and count this as health food, right?!?!)
Our extra dessert for the week is my Coconut Pie Bars. Oh my word! If you're a coconut pie fan, you will flip over these bars!
And our bonus recipe of the week is this yummy Broccoli and Grape Salad. You will make this over and over again!
