I'm a widow & on a budget (who isn't these days) & it sure would be economical to be able to freeze one dish portions of ur recipes. I'm especially wondering about the Balsamic chicken recipe. Thanks in advance for answering this ?.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12355217679677877438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2253592288085984287.post-1070903931303720182014-04-17T07:39:22.673-05:002014-04-17T07:39:22.673-05:00I loved this simple recipe! I'm serving it over 'cauliflower rice' or just eating it by itself with a side salad. It great because the flavor is not 'overbearing' so I can eat it multiple meals in a row. Definitely will be passing it on!Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01008357094540351382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2253592288085984287.post-31517023957723831652013-02-27T05:04:53.085-06:002013-02-27T05:04:53.085-06:00Hi! Perhaps, you just aren't a fan of Balsamic Vinegar? If you weren't a big fan of Balsamic, you wouldn't care for the chicken. This chicken will taste a bit like vinegar because that's the main ingredient. Hmmm...I'm sorry you didn't love it. If you were to ever try it again, I would add two more tablespoons of sugar!
